Our mission at Real Estate Training Club is to help agents 10X their business through working with investors. This is easier than most agents realize because there are so few agents who truly understand the needs of the investor.

Truth is, most agents don’t have the knowledge or experience to benefit an investor.

The Real Estate Agent Investor Success System incorporates decades of experience, current real estate data, real life examples, strategies, tools and techniques THAT WORK!

This is not text book time…it’s streetwise information that’s been proven over and over and it’s definately not sugar coated.

We love to witness our students crush it in their business and transform into powerhouses!

A ‘normal’ or a ‘down’ real estate market is where the staying power of Agents are put to the test. In these environments, many part timers fall away and only those with deep sales funnels are able to stay in the game.

As a long time investor, I have dealt with many Real Estate Agents on both sides of the border and have found 2 common characteristics among all Agents:

1. Agents all want more deals
2. The majority of Agents make their sales in the traditional retail space. The resulting competition is fierce because most of the existing Agents in that city are all vying for the same business.

Here’s where I see a HUGE OPPORTUNITY for all Agents in any city, in any market environment.

As mentioned, I have worked with dozens of Agents over 30+ years investing, and there’s only been a few who actually understand real estate investing to the point of being able to identify deals that make money and are able to present the deal to me (the investor) in a form which shows the opportunity, the cashflow, RIO and the exit.

On a basic level, the opportunity to create more business for any Agent is without limit and here’s why.

Many of the larger cities in the US and Canada, from a simple ownership perspective, are out of reach for many people. Consequently, many of us live in “renter nations” …and its not getting any easier for the renter as prices rise and mortgage qualification remains tight.

A whole generation of people are destined to be lifetime renters, and… Somebody needs to own the real estate where these renters need to live.
