Zeal Zainuddin & Murshidah Said, the founders of Love & Respect Transformation Centre (L&RTC), have been more than 20-years in the business. The L&RTC is a socially-conscious business that provides education and mentorship programmes to help people reach their life and career goals. They are also active advocates in helping the marginalised groups of people in Malaysia which includes the homeless, sex workers, runaway teens, abused women and children, those living in poverty. For every paid training, coaching or event they conduct, a portion of the profits will go to providing quality education, skills and mentorship for marginalised communities.

The L&RTC was an honouree at the Brands for Good 2019 Awards in the "Community - Business Model" category and Malaysian Green Project Management Award Winner 2019 under Sustainability category
